owned and operated full service title insurance agency. Attorney Eric J. Braunstein
has twenty years experience in real estate sales and financing transactions.

Eric J. Braunstein, Esq., graduated from the University of Miami Law School in 1985 and has maintained a law practice primarily focused on commercial and residential real estate matters. Mr. Braunstein's expertise include foreclosure litigation, collections and closings. Mr. Braunstein is well versed in lender procedures and practices. He has been an active partner in the management and practice of All South Title & Escrow Co., handling property closings in the Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach County areas. In his practice, Mr. Braunstein served as counsel for:

Susset Diaz Benavides, our Office Manager, has been with All South since its inception. She is fluent in Spanish, which eases the coordination of closing proceedings for the large population of Hispanic clients in the South Florida Area. Ms. Benavides prepares the closing packages and coordinates the actual closing proceedings
